I need two window balancers for a double hung window that is approximately 51.5 inches wide and 61.5 inches tall. The sash weighs 42.5 lbs. The existing spring balancer is .5 inches wide and 29 1/4 inches long - metal section only. Need two sash clips as well. Ted

Door lock needs replacing

Sliding glass door lock is broken (and removed). Need replacement. I don't currently have the original lock. The cutout facing the door's width is .5" wide x 4.25" height.

I have Patriot windows and need pivot lock shoes. Please tell me if you have a match for the ones in the pictures. They are about 2" high, about 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" or 9/16" deep.

Swisco- Spoke with customer care . Took picture of handle to inside storm door. The handle is made by Wright. The handle will not hold unless the lock is on. Can you help me identify this part. It is about 2 1/4" from screw hole to screw hole.

I wanted to know if you thought the pivot hinge on my door would be adjustable (left to right) ? I have attached some pictures of the hinges as well as a picture showing my problem. Secondly do you guys sell replacement hinges that are adjustable?
