Looking to purchase 12 of these.. model # on part is PAT.5410778

Hi, My window currently has two bad balances. They are 5/8" with the red tip at 13" length. The window weighs 16lbs. Is the red rated for that much weight? Best, John

This is not your typical roller and I need to know what this part is called or where to find a replacement. The door does not have a manufacturer tag on it.

Need eight (8) exactly like this part. Has a spring in the track. Aluminum. Legnth of metal track is 24".

There are no markings on the part. Application is to operate horizontal windows on an enclosed sun porch. There are both left and right operators.

Main locking slide (cast Al presumably) broke. House was built in 1989, original door and lock. Door is 6' wide Aluminum that is 1" thick. I purchased 12 S395-30 balances. Now that they have arrived and I compare them to my original balance I see that the shoe is a little different. Do you think the new shoe will work? Do you have a shoe like my original?

I cant seem to find these top sash guides on the site. They are 1 3/4 long and 5/8 wide. The balances used with them are s385. Thanks

this part is attached on the bottom of the window and should insert into window pivot shoes to support window.

What's the distance between holes centre to centre.

Hi all, The door is relatively new, but the latch hook no longer comes out when the lock is turned. I can easily push it out with a screwdriver, but from what i read online, there is possibly a spring inside that should be pushing that hook out so it latches to the strike plate. looking for metal -one end goes into window or door frame, comes to a point, other end is round and grid snaps on it. hard to explain. it holds the grid in place

I have an old Pella patio door close to 30 years old, the little handle on the outside of the screen door cracked off. I have attached 2 pictures one showing the handle and the other showing the piece that broke off. Would you have a replacement part? thank you.
