I ordered 2 window 29 inch series 380 channel balance and 2, 18-180 top sash guide but the window still falls down. the stamp on the broken balance is 28D you must have sent the wrong balance What one do I need? Thank you Tim

I couldn't find any marking in the window. I need to replace the plastic piece (circled in red) that keeps the operator channel in place because it was chipped away at the end. I need to order replacement channel balancers for my milgard windows but with so many options I'm not sure which is the correct one. Can you tell from the attached pictures which ones I need? The marking on one balancer is: 32 5 CU CMC 2

Have an interesting problem. My sliding glass door does not have a strike plate so I have to keep my door closed with a piece of wood. The name on the outside handle reads Acorn DorWal. I would like to find a replacement so I can open my door from the outside and stop using the piece of wood. I've ... (cont.)

attached please find bottom door rollers.the manufacturerseems to be standard keil and the part number 7203 this piece means on the bottom of the door. I'm looking for nylon wheels one wheel that can be and quiet. Thanks Larry

Thank you for your assistance. The measurements are 1-1/8" installation hole centers; total length 2-7/16"; total width is 7/8". Latch is on the left side of the window looking out from the inside. The latch is used to release the window for cleaning. Thank you John

Customer has broken handle as shown. Any replacement parts available? There are no names or markings of any kind on hardware.

Hi. My window will not stay open and it looks like my coil broke. I think it is an MI Window. Looks like a double coil assembly (based off your site). Are your parts universal in size and what do you think would work to replace my broken part? Thank you!

THE LEVERS ARE BROKEN AND I THINK YOUR 39-069 IS THE REPLACEMENT, BUT CAN I REPLACE THE LEVER TYPE WITH A CRANK TYPE.

Help need to find glazing bead that is identical, or closest match. So far found some similar but missing the > "fold" that sits underneath glass, have found lots of flat ones. Any help would be appreciated.
