these are metal/Springs about half an inch thick or five eights there are 32 inches tall and I've got plastic parts inside of them I just want to buy the whole spring and hook it back up

We purchased the Left Hand Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set, 79-123. We've noticed that whenever it gets cold out the door falls out of the top bracket. I have four windows like this in my new home's patio. However, three of them are missing these locks. I have uploaded a picture of the window with one lock open and one closed. I can't find any manufacturer or numbers. Any help is appreciated!!

The handle on my door is not springing back so the door doesn't close without being locked. The only identifying number on the door is the picture I have submitted. I am assuming it is the spindle and spring that need to be replaced but, am not 100% certain.

Hello Like others who have posted, I have a channel balance with a stamp of 21 12 BSI on it. It is a non-tilt window with 1/2" wide channels. The metal shaft is 22" long. The window does not operate satisfactorily due to left side balancebottom shoe broken off. Measured length to be 31". Width 9/16". Stamped in balance "3010". See attached photos how do I order a pair of replacement balances?
