No Listing of the manufacturer of the door. Looking for a replacement lock for the slider lock/latch mechanism. Got it working again by mangling the spring, but the customer wants to replace it to ensure proper operation. Got anything that may fit? Anthony

I am sending a picture of the latch. Its white plastic. Checking if you have them. Would prefer them in metal if possible. Could you advise the part number. We have Jordan window latches like your 90-009. Our problem is that in order to close and lock the windows, the lever must be depressed. Is this a latch requirement? Or, is this a defective latch? There are four latches which are all operating the same way, i.e., we have to depress the latch to ... (cont.)

I need channel balances for a PTG single hung non-tilt window. The markings on the balance are as shown in the picture, 35 9 CX CMC 7. The measurement of the balance from tip to tip is 37", the measurement from metal edges is 35 15/16.

We are not sure what brand the sunroom is. And lowes does not seem to have the same size and match up as this. The part has one wheel.

I have been unable to locate the correct window crank. Dimensions are noted on picture and are all center to center. They are 5 1/4" top to bottom, 2 1/2" arm, 1 3/16" bottom mounting screws. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks...Keith
