I have Nuair windows and they all need new balances and the top plastic piece that is on the top of each side of the window, there are 6 windows. Attached is a photo of a broken sash pivot bar installed on an unknown brand vinyl window by a contractor who has gone out of business. I need help identifying a suitable replacement corner. I have tried two from big box stores and am having problems as all have lips that slide into a channel on the window frame. As you can see my frame is square. Anything that will work in this case?
