I am working on several non-tilt double pane Alenco windows in my house. I have found all the channel balancers, shoes, top guide, etc. that I need on your website. The only part that I cannot identify is the side sash guide. The guides are 5/16" square and 3/16" overall thickness. They have a lip o ... (cont.)

The metal aluminum for this part breaks off easily after twenty years. This allows the window to rotate when the window is removed. Not able to determine window maker or model. Warm Regards Rich

I am attaching photos of our window shaft and the cord that's broken. The length of the shaft is 29 inches long. The windows were made by Phillips and our home is 19 years old. Please let me know if you have the replacement part for our window.

The numbers on the channel balance is as follows 20 2 HW CMC 2 I think I've narrowed it down to the Series 380 or 385 but I don't see the difference between the boots

Hi -- I'm looking at item #79-030 to replace an existing long through faceplate but I'm curious if you could tell me the height of the pile on the faceplate... the gap between the two doors is close to 1/2" so if the pile is shorter than that it isn't going to work for the application. What is the weight limit on these units?

In my research our building inspectors believe this will work, however, would like to know if it is UV and sun/heat resistant it will sit facing the west with the sun beating on it for hours, hence the reason we have to replace the old bead.
