The part holds the locking bar to my casement windows on the outside. I believe the hinge part is broken. The window does not have a name on it

This came off of a Crestline window. I got no help from the retailer nor the manufacturer. Beyond the "40C", there are some smaller stamps, "198" and "VN" from what I can read (they are really small stamps). I live in community of more than 200 hundred houses with windows still using this kind of chase balancer that may need to replace soon. The number in the balancer is 17 - 1 and 17 - 1 W. Hi, I've gathered that this part is discontinued and that there is an adapter that matches the hole pattern, but I can't find a crank with the same arm configuration. Thanks, Matt

My windows have deeper rear channels for top sash of the window (aluminum double hung). For the front I was able to use the 5/8" Pivot Shoe, an exact replacement. BUT I noticed the rear track is deeper and would need a pivot shoe which is 1 1/8" deep (See attached photos) and you don't list any tha ... (cont.)

The Tlock appears to be the correct msize, but I cannot get it into place under the existing rivet in the channel. Do you sell the rivets and the tools (unless a standard center punch would work) to replace the rivet in the existing balance channel? My guess is that these will work then. ... (cont.)

Hi: The builder of this development (Centex) had utilized Barber and Ross windows (now a defunct company). The springs are all going bad.
