I have identified the main lock as your part #82-002, Sliding Door Handle Set, 6-5/8" However, this part does not come with the other part, installed in the accompanying door, which grabs the pin (or teeth) coming from part 82-002 and locks both doors together. Dear Sir, The photos I've sent are from an identical setup on a working window. I broke the ivory colored plastic piece. These windows are probably 50 years old. I could find no markings on them. I'm looking for some assistance in locating the part or other solutions. Jerome Alt

Not sure what it is called but it holds up the window when you open it. It has a spring that is attached to the tilt assembly.

I need a replacement for this coil balance

This part appears to be cast aluminumm (broken in two pieces), and it's attached via screws to the bottom/lower slash. It goes on the bottom of the sash, and the slot fits into a sliding bracket that is inside the window frame. Thanks!

Are part nos.84-028 and 84-075 the same parts, plastic vs. steel? Also, is the price shown for a set of 2 rollers or are the rollers sold individually or in sets of 2, one set for top and one set for the bottom. Will the steel perform better than the plastic. The only identifying number I could get from the drawer was from the slide attached to the back of the drawer. It's a number 452.
