When I opened the window, it simply fell out in my hands -OOPS! Need to find replacement coil spring balances for both sides.

the sliding hinge has HG04-2000 on it and says ROTO. The crank is 4 inches and the 2 arms have 3019 and 3108. What would be a replacement for this.

Good afternoon! One by one these hangers have been breaking, falling out, missing, etc. I usually get the windows to hang by using a sheet metal screw to cozy the window to the frame. Hi I have trouble removing pivot shoe as shown in picture. The frame is steel, not vinyl. The right side overlaps the pivot shoe about 1-2mm. A cutout was already there from installers. Vinyl windows, 18 years old, single slide. the spiral balancer "top" end is malfunctioning on many windows.
