Looking for window screen corner replacement # 783

These corners are from a window maker that I can't identify locally. No one seems to be familiar with this style, and surprised when they see it. The only significant marking is "782" stamped on it.

Hello, I purchased 39-346 for my Jalousie window crank replacement. The hinge part (where bar connects to crank) won't fit through the opening so I can't install it.
