I have Anderson double hung windows, the house was built in 1986 the numbers on the window balance are 11600-17 and D51 7#27 3-86 the window glass size is 32 3/8 X 19 7/8 can you recommend a replacement balance?

Storn door latch is an inside of door 1 3/4 inch centers that latchs on a 2 inch metal bar. White in color. The only marking is Cmech

One of the crank handles on my casement window broke off and part is left inside the operator. The information underneath the operator is: ROTO OP 05 7553-03 ---- The information inside the crank handle is: OP05-7810. I need to replace both parts. Good Afternoon. We operate a 90 unit Senior Housing complex in Dover, NJ. We have Acan Series 550 windows. (550-VH1-000-Fscr and 550-VH2-000-000 Fscr). We are told that this part is a Coil Spring Balance. Can you please help identify and advise to the availability.

I have florida extruders international windows and need help identifying the white glazing from the attached image. Also, some windows are slightly arched as is the glazing. Is this a different part or was the glazing flexible when installed? Thanks!
