Hi there, I need to replace a split arm operator and the Maxim Dyad Sill Mount operator (product code 39-221) looks similar to mine. I notice that there is a mounting clip underneath my existing one (Please see attached picture). Is that okay to install yours by just getting a clip to hold the pin? ... (cont.)

Attached are 2 pictures of the end of the balance. I cannot identify the Series. It appears the tube diameter is 5/8 inch and the length is 24 inches. Please help me.. I need to purchase at least 4 of these. I want to make sure I get the right balance the first time.. Thanks Chris ... (cont.)

How do I install this item in a newly made aluminum screen frame?

Dimensions as measured are: 1 3/4" tall 5/8" wide at base 7/8" wide at top 3/8" deep at top I need about 20 of these for some window repairs and cannot seem to find them anywhere.

We have several windows like the picture where the arm is unattached. Can we just buy the little black connector? Also, do you know of any people in south Orange County that repair windows like this or will we be able to just re-attach that part easily? Cindy

Look for the plastic connector that connects the window spring to the metal post at the bottom sides of the wooden window. This connector is 1 13/16 " long and 1/2 " wide. The windows are the original wooden windows installed in 1993 and the only discernible marking on them is the MW on the locki ... (cont.)

I have a sliding french style door and the lock set no longer works. The latch does not move up and out to grab the mounted piece. I attached a picture. The only marking on the lock set is "DNS".
