I think this is the shoe I want. I am enclosing pictures to show you what fits into my current shoe, and pictures of the current pivot shoe. I think your 15-180 is what I need (if it has a T head. The pictures will show you what I mean.

I'm looking for replacement parts for the attached Window Shoe. I bought the home this past year and am unsure of the brand of windows. I tried to check for a label, but all I could find was a yellow label that was faded and unreadable.

I am looking at a 34" 770 Channel Balance. The Sash weight is right at 22lb. Would you recommend the B or the C? Thanks, Taylor

in regards to speaking with you about the exterior locking patio door handle, attached are two (2) photos my technician has sent in. Hi there, I'm not able to spot any identifying marks on the window except the manufacturer, but I am missing the clip/pin that holds the meeting rail to the window casing at the top of the lower sash. Any ideas if that's a replaceable part?

Cannot replace bottom sash. Do not know how to replace pivot points in the side shoes.

Attached are 3 pics of the jalousie window operator that I need to replace. I could not find any identification on the unit. It is installed on the bottom left side of a 36" x 25.5" jalousie window. Hi, I could really use some help. I have older windows unsure of the brand. Many of the tilt latches are old and breaking and I will need some replacements. Hey, I'm looking for a full crank assembly for this window. If you look at the crank itself the metal part that the handle attaches to to open the window, it doesn't open or close past a certain point, and you have to either pull on the knob and unscrew it or push on the knob and screw it in order t ...
