Trying to replace multiple sets of the left and right side locks as well as the internal sliding mechanism for 1 window

I have a property under management that have Harvey casement windows installed and the operators are slowy rusting away as the location is oceanfront. hi my name is Michael. I’m working on a house that has some windows from the 80s. The brand is Anderberg some of the windows are missing what they call a limiter. Do you carry this or do you know where I might be able to find this or something that would be a good sept?

The width is 16-11/16ths and the width between screws is 2-1/4”

Am confident these balances are the 795 series, but the ones I am looking for has a metal "hook" on the end instead of a metal tab with a hole in it. How do I make this work, or is there another option I'm missing?

The handle snapped off the drive shaft for opening mechanism on the right side window. The parts photographed are of the left side. So I will need the opposite of the left side drive mechanism.
