One of the balancer springs broke in a circa 1990 Milgard vinyl SH window. The metal case is 22" and the stamp reads 2140R.

My channel balances are s385 but I am unable to identify the top sash guide. they seem to be worn on the retaining lip and some of my channel balances have slipped by the top sash guide and gotten stuck in the raised position when the window was lowered. please help. thanks

Needing slightly shorter sweep lock wing. I purchased a couple sweep locks thinking one of them would work. Both are just a little too long in the sweep lock wing looking thing. Hi, I don't know the manufacture. I have a name Aloa but it is unclear if this is manufacture or installer's name. Please help to find replacement parts. These windows are double slider with the ability to rotate inward for cleaning both sides from the inside. Thank you, Dao

I've a worn-out "R.O.W." left-handed operator, arm is 13 1/2 inches long, screw holes in crank are 4 1/2 inches apart. My window repair man could not find a replacement, so he gave the used part back to me.
