Vetter casement window, about 22 years old, numbers on parts are 20610 31272,31538. Any thought on a suitable replacement? The long arm is 10 3/4" and the short one is 4 7/16. So it looks like 39-031. Thanks!

Think this is a Swisco 39-031. Has a 9.5 inch left hand bar and about a 7 inch right bar attached to window. See picture and please let me Know. # on it is 45179

Trying to find a replacement for a 1/2' thick tilt lock and also the pin/screw to connect it to the spring (probably a 1/4' diameter). Only marking on the plastic piece is a patent number 4610108 Thanks for any help Steve

I have vertical metal windows and need to replace the lock keepers. The repair firm tells me that the holes for the lock keeper are worn-out and cannot be fixed. Could I put a bigger or smaller lock keeper in and simply drill new holes? Or, is there some other method to handle this type of issue? ... (cont.)

Hello I have window that were purchased for our home frome Maritime door and window in moncton NB Canada. I need replacement tracking and interior parts for this window. Is this available.

Longest side is 2 1/2 inches and has the hole 1" from end. The next area from the bend is 1 5/8" in lenght. The Smallest piece paralleling the longest is 5/8" long. We have a Wright casement window that also has 07900 stamped on the top arm, which fastens to an arm below it, stamped R 07867. Bottom arm is stamped 6789B. The number on the channel is 36DS for one window and the other window is 33DS the picture in the 351 series looks very close, just not sure of the weight

I need to repair and replace a number of channel balances and pivot shoes in an apartment complex. Pictures 1 is the channel balance. It is stamped 2040, is 21 " long, 5/8" deep and 9/16" wide. I need to replace some window balances. Looks like S385-27 is the correct choice. It is stamped 26 4 Caldwell jm but there are no other markings related to weight. Can you assist. Jim
