I have CertainTeed Bryn Mawr casement windows and MI Co. referred me to you for replacement weather stripping for these windows. Each casement is approx. 26" x 64". There a 11 windows on my porch but only 4 need new stripping. Thanks for any help.

Need a replacement channel balance for my non-tilting window. It measures 29" in length. I believe the ends are 19-002 and 15-002. The bottom shoe is 1" in length. I believe based on the code it is a 2860 option as well. Appreciate your help to make sure it is correct.

Can you identify the non-tilt window spiral balance? It was from a window build in 1994. The metal casing is 5/8 inches thick and 30 inches long. The spring is about 17 5/8 inches long. No identifying marks on lock or windows. 3 7/8 centers on fasteners. Fork is 1 1/8 from lock face or 1 7/16 from mounting surface flange. Lock width is 3/4" and length overall is 4 1/2".

The latch on the slider wouldn't stay locked so tried to remove but it fell to the inside bottom of the frame. I need a replacement w/ instillation instruction. The slot for the lock is 3 inches w/ the screw holes 3.5 inches apart. Images attached should help identify what replacement part. ... (cont.)
