seems to be bent out of shape. The arm mechanisim . I could not find a match in your listings/pictures?

21 inch balancers, metal channel only measured. From a Milgard window circa 1992 I believe. Balancer marking was: 20 4 JK Caldwell.

26 5 EW CMC 10 is printed on the channel balance, what is the replacement part number and is there a better quality replacement channel rebalance that the original? the length is 27" and 1/2" in width. Presently the Cmech handle I have is white and the knob on the other side will only accommodate a 1/4 spindle. I was looking at your 40-145 and it is almost identical with the exception of the spindle size and the shape of the base, my unit has rounded corners. Is there something you can suggest. ... (cont.)

Just watched your video on replacing coil balance. When we opened up the channel, found that there is no opening to slide anything up to that will allow removal of parts. It is a solid channel top to bottom. Our coil detached and the window will not stay up. This is a CertainTeed window in our kitc ... (cont.)

Metal length is 30 inches. Metal width is 9/16 inches. Believe Windows are Phillips circa 2006. Now Phillips is out of business. I have 16 Windows this size that I want to replace both side balances. Is the arm closest to the crank for item number 39-187, 1 inch shorter than the one on item number 39-089? Thank you.

The number on both parts is 8590.I am not sure of the manufacturer.Possibly bought at Lowes or Windowrama about 10 years ago.both are broken so I need one for each side of one window.Thanks Margie
