Is the arm closest to the crank for item number 39-187, 1 inch shorter than the one on item number 39-089? Thank you.

The number on both parts is 8590.I am not sure of the manufacturer.Possibly bought at Lowes or Windowrama about 10 years ago.both are broken so I need one for each side of one window.Thanks Margie

The window I am working 0on has 2 springs that both attach to what appears to be your 15-150D standard support. One mounted directly above the other. I am looking for a replacement for these vent stops found in Jen-weld vinyl double-hung windows, stamped "INE 96" on the inside of the window frame in between the two window panes.

Attached is two photos of the Pivot Lock Shoes (one is functional, the other one is shown as broken). The measured size is 2 3/8 inches high x 1 1/8" wide. I hope this information is helpful. I purchased 82-033 Patio Glass Door Handle Set, 3-15/16". I do not know how to put the lock lever into the inside handel and my old one does not have a plastic cap on the end of the lever that moves the lock And the bottom bolt does not meet the hole of the outer handel . Back in July '15 I bought a 83-004 latch for our screen door. I mounted it successfully and it has worked for almost a year. I have these failing channel balances, and would like to replace them, just so no one looses a finger in the window.
