I purchased your 32-012 Rear drawer track sockets to replace a Merrilat system. But there are no instructions on how to put them in. The old sockets had these posts sticking out of the back, and they sunk into sockets on the back wall. How should I handle the Swisco parts?

Hi, What should I order to replace the balance in the photos. Channel width is 9/16, length is 33. Only stamp is 32 9 HR CALDWELL. I'm thinking it is a S385-33, but I'm unsure of the options. Thanks, Mark.

I believe these are series 770 channel balances and just wanted to confirm before I order. Thanks, I have 2 size one measures 35" long and the other is 29". I need balances for 8 windows, they measure 34 inches (just the metal) and have the attachment as noted in the photo. The windows are large, single hung, no tilt, shashes measure 44" wide, 36" tall, double glass. I think they weigh about 35-30 pounds. The Balance has a stamp of "33 DS 38" on it. ... (cont.)
