Hello, i have all the measurements but i'm unsure which one to order. most of the series on the order page look the same, how do i know which series to pick?

We built our home in 1996, the Tilt Locks in the pix, several of them have broken. I want to replace them but not sure which part is correct. HELP????

Can you identify this hardware please

I need to make sure I order the correct series 190 coil balance. I used your measurement formula and believe I need (2) 6 lb. coil balances, S190-640, can you recheck my calculations? Non tilting window. I think this a series 380- the balance measures 24 inches long and the top definitely looks a 19-005. I wasn't as sure about the 15-005. I hoped you could confirm.

Trying to locate a source for vinyl window beading for my home windows here in AZ. The sun eats them up. The windows were installed in 2008 (new home) and the windows are Jordan windows (business closed in 2009 in AZ and TN). Any ideas?Phil
