Our patio doors slide from the outside and can easily be pulled up and out. I saw the response regarding the latches and the cross bar. What do you recommend so it can't be pulled up? Screws in the top? Thank you!

We have a Anderson sliding door that needs new bottom rollers but can figure out how to get the old ones out. It looks like they snap in they measure wheel is 11/4" outside measurement is 33/4"

The mechanism works fine but the handle just slides in and out of the mechanism and doesn't stay snapped in. There looks to be something missing that would go between the 2 parts like a ball or a spring to hold the handle in. Ideas?

Good afternoon: I have a 30" channel balance with 18.2 lb sash, 1/2 inch channel. The plastic bracket that goes into the top of each side of the sash (which catches the channel balance) also needs to be replaced. The window bracket is 7/8 of an inch across the top.
