Hello..........operator has standard 3 7/8 and 4 3/4 mounting points. main arm seems to be 1 7/8 center to center. Control arm is 3 1/4 overall with holes spaced 2 3/4+. Aluminum color.

The balancer is 29 inches long and 9/19 wide and 1/2 deep. The best I could come up with on pivot shoe is 1 1/2 in wide x2 in tall. Thanks for your help

I am looking for a 795 style balance that is for a Triple Pane Fiberglass window with a sash weight of 28-30 pounds. the balance that came out is stamped 24F. I see that you do not carry that weight range online...Is that available? Thanks, Dave

I would like to order the 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Product Code: S385-27 with 19-005 top attached and 15-004 Shoe attached but don't know what is the weight of the sash. My window screens are setup with the 4 plastic tabs that are always breaking. How can I retrofit this top tension and possibly a leaf spring into the frame of the screen ?
