The replacement window parts are blue tip and the balance is 21 inches measuring as you show. We do not see 21 inch balances. We can send pictures if you need.

Hi, I need to purchase two window balances. They are 28 inches long by 1/2 wide. I need 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. I am having a issue figuring out what weight I need. The stamp on the side of the balance is: 27 9 36# El Caldwell What weight do I need? Does that mean I need 3

The spiral spring on my tilt in window is bad. It's 5/8 inch across and the length measured from the end where the screw holds it the beginning of blue tip is 28 3/8 inches. I' need to know which spring will meet my needs- the 28" or 29" ? Thank you for helping me out. Pete

Hello, I'm trying to locate replacements for these channels.The imprint on the channel seems to read 1030 11k or possibly 103.0 11k. It is a 1/2" x 11" channel.Please help me.

I need help choosing the correct channel balance. I have double hung non-tilting vinyl windows. Marking on the channel balance reads"Caldwell". The length of the channel is 26 inches. Do these come as a pair, or do I order them separately? Thank you

I am trying to locate glazing bead or glass retainer or stop for MW window in a v shape and is 3/4 inches on each side with a grove your assistance would be appreciated. jody

I am looking the attached glazing bead. I found item 55-0806. It seems close to what I am looking for however the part that goes into the glass is just a bit longer. would I be able to trim this to make it work.
