Hi there, I'm not sure on the name of the part but I'm looking for 6 of the white piece in the picture I attached. This is the part that I think holds the upper part of the window up when I unlock. Attached are photos of my spring balance. Wanted to make sure that I am ordering the correct parts for my windows.

Please help me identify which commercial glass door pivot (top and bottom) I need. I am including 4 pics with the measurements of the pivots that are currently installed. Thanks!

I must replace 6 channel balances (3 windows). The stamping on the channel reads: 22 4 PL CALDWELL the length of the channel is 23" (not including the guides) Thank you

I need two channel balances for small bathroom window. The balance is 17" long, not counting the plastic end fittings. The stamp on the back reads "16 3 EN CALDWELL". The width is 5/8". Pictures of the plastic end fittings are attached.

I have peachtree windows installed in 1992. They are aluminum exterior and wood interior. I need to replace the balances. Measurements 4 windows (36x66)Cottage window 6 windows (36x48) 1 window (30x40)

What I assume is called the pivot shoe broke in my window. I have temporarily glued it back together for the attached photos but am sure it is weak and will break again. All info is included in pdf document. Let me know if more info is required to identify part. Thanks. Dave G

I have a sliding screen door with the latches missing. I believe it is a Guardian door because the glass door has Guardian glass. I have attached a picture of the door and would appreciate your suggestions on the replacement latch.

this is the corner tab i can't find. the part is 1 1/4'' long 1/4'' thick 3/8'' wide.

For PGT window. As you can see it's broken. When I removed window it snapped and shot up. The size is 1 9/16" x 1/2" from the best I can tell. I cannot find this part in your catalog. Also, How do I remove the shoe? I am also ordering 4spiral balances and one fighting tool. Thank ... (cont.)

Appreciate assistance in locating the correct balance. I have a 1/2" x 33* channel balance for milgaard window. The code on the body of the balance states "32 5 CW CMC 10". Can you identify my channel balance from the attached images? I do not see any stamp on it aside from the printed "32 4 HP CALDWELL" on it. Thank you

It looks like in the second photo these have a hole made for an installation screw. Is that correct? If so what screw should I use and is it self tapping or do I need to pre-drill? I ask because two of these latches had the tab inserts break. I don't think they are a long term solution for attac ... (cont.)

I have a s900 spiral balance but my length is 28 1/2", measuring only the metal tube itself. Can I go with a 28" or 29" balance?

I purchased 26-122 : Vent Latch - they don't fit. I am emailing pictures of the existing vent lock. The ones I ordered are not the right size

You don't list a S160p but you sent one when i ordered 4 s160, 2 for each side. If you need the P to attach more than one why did you send just 1 s160-p? Can I attach the two s160's on one side?

Do you have an S380-29 with a balance shoe that is 7/8" deep instead of 1".
