I've attached two photos for sashes that need to be replaces in three double hung windows. The center window is larger than the two outside windows. After locating online correct awning window operator and installing it (39-069), the window still does not completely close. Cleaned out debris, etc. Now, I'm wondering if the hinges are the problem. House built in 1960. Thanks! Rick

Hello, My client has a window with this balance in it and the string broke. The whole part measures 26", the string (however broken) measures approximately 37". Each sash weighs 67 pounds. Balances are 5/8" I would also need another set of 8 for the upper sash, the tube length is 31.5" Also need some red connectors that the balances connect to. Not sure what info. you need to buy the correct ones. Thanks, Corey

i believe this came from a milgard casement window. The handles on the lock have fallen off over the years. Not sure which lock to replace it with.

The pictures attached is the piece I need for my window that attaches to the lower window to lift up and down. unattaches so you can take the lower window out to clean. Do you have this part?
