Jalousie window operator for glass block window

I removed balances and brought them home (cannot measure glass). I need to get part number from balancer itself (rest of the window is 250 miles away, so I cannot measure glass). Correct Coil balance shoe?
Unidentified window mfgr., and I need a replacement coil balance shoe. Measures 1.5" tall, 3/4" wide, and 1/2" depth. I also included a pic of the T-pivot bar, any suggestions on what that is? My sash stops on some of my tilt vinyl windows are starting to break. I have no idea who the manufacture is. The opening they came out if is 3/16 wide and 1 1/16 tall.
