the attached image show the stamp on the existing balances - which SWISCO part is a replacement?

I ordered some 39-027E operators which seem to fit in every way except the end of the arm which goes into the track. My original hardware has square fittings on the end. Do you have this hardware or would I be better off changing my tracks to accomodate the 39-027E?

does the window crank 39-020 suitable for a casement window with scissor hinges and no screen? does the operator track 39-520 mounts on the face of the window? where can we buy your products in the Vancouver, BC area? thank you

I have three lower sashes this size that need both balances, and one lower sash that is 6" shorter. I may need your device to spread the vinyl window slot that the shoe rides in. The picture is not very good. Steve S

I was wondering if you had a frame corner that would work with my 1984 Atrium door screen frame.

i have a few bad vent window latches on my vinyl certainteed replacement windows that were installed some 20 years ago. Do you carry a replacement part? will the 26-148 fit not al the dimensions are listed on your website.

This is from inward back door. This one works well but cannot be used to replace mechanism on outward facing front door.

I need to replace some vinyl snap in glazing covers for some old IG windows I am replacing. The first is 1.5" total body with a .5" lip. White The second is .75" (3/4") total body with 5/16" lip White. Hope you can tell this by the drawing. Thanks

Hello, I have 20lb Milgard non-tilt-out windows. I believe I have identified that I need S385 with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. The metal section measures 32-3/4 in length, so I'm not sure whether to order the 32" or 33" length. If I use the 33" length then I need option 3230. If I order the 32" ... (cont.)

I have a broken pivot balance shoe that needs replacement. I think the part I need is 15-213. The balance is a coil up. Ive attached a picture of the worn out shoe as well as one which appears to be in working condition. Thanks! Sam
