Hello, I am trying to find replacement clips for screens. They appear to be turn clip; however, the problem is that it goes through the aluminum frame. It is pretty hard to describe but the pictures show it pretty well. I don't haven any information on the company but I was told that they went ... (cont.)

The roller is exactly 2" x 1" x 1/2". It fits in a slot in a wood screen door. I would prefer a roller with a nylon wheel but will take steel if that's all that will fit. Hi, I've gone through your website and determined that I need a 25" Series 370 Channel Balance Product Code: S370-25. My problem comes with selecting the weight of my sash. "151" is stamped on my channel balance. Any idea what weight that means? Thanks, Ryan

There are no markings on the bay window which was installed 1995. It's not an Anderson. There are 4 of these clips on each window. All but this one are broken. They are not held in my screws as you can see. I haven't tried to pop one out; maybe that's how they are held in?

I am no longer able to open one of my Silver Line 7400 series stacked awning windows (7412V?). While the operator crank is functioning, one of the latches won't free the window to open. What do you think I should do?

Thanks for your help. i want to verify my part number prior to purchase. Stamped on the balance is 11600-17 and 727. From your catalog i think it is part number 24-737. overall dimensions are 6 5/8 X 3. Thanks, Bob S in Washington
