I need to order the plastic surrounding the metal drum and the metal drum . I have placed two orders and my husband misplaced some of the parts

I want to order replacement channel S390-29 but I'm not sure how to determine sash weight range. There is no stamp on my existing 29" channel balance. Printed on back of channel is "28 3 AX GMC 7". 18" plastic runner for sliding shower door, installed about 2005.

There is one of these on each side of the window track. The plastic covering is breaking apart and there is a circular spring inside it.

I am pretty sure that these are 39-031 and 39-032, but just wanted to check before placing the order. This part looks exactly like an Andersen Tension Spring I found online which was for a Screen in a door but the dimensions are different. The one I found online was 5/16" wide and 4" long. The ones I need are 1/4" wide and 3 1/4" long.
