this is wright window operator 131/2" the operator case works fine but as you see on picture#4 the crank shaft is broken at the bottom ,do you sell just the crank shaft or i have to replace the operator and what operator do you suggest,my case width is 4"?

Top and bottom of latch sent as picture. The following are as accurate as I could get: Center of hole to center of hole : 1 13/16" Width: 3/4" height as it sits on the window (thickness): 1/4"

These are from a Traco window. No screw holes, they just slide in. Size is 2-5/8 x 3/4". From top bottom measures 3/8".

There are no numbers on the sash. The window weights about 15lb. Based on this which stamp option would be best. The 2030 12-15lb or the 2040 15-23lb. Thanks

I am pretty sure the casement windows are Pellagra but possibly Anderson I cannot locate screen corners will also be needing some weather stripping and a casement replacement - do you carry these corners or know what I need as replacement . i have two old screens (about 25 years old) where all four corner braces are shot. they were installed in some anderson windows, but the corner braces don't look like anderson --but rather like Pella. see photo. the dimensions are almost precisely 3/8 by 1/2 ". please advise which kind of corner ... Steel channel measures 29" long. By the foot is stamped 2810. I am having trouble selecting the right combination of top and foot. It looks like the Top is a 19-005 and the Bottom is a 15-001. Need to replace 7 balances. Attached pictures of the top and bottom attachments along with the stamp on the slide "2590 33". Slide is 26 inches end to end without attachments. Can you tell us what replacement part # we should be ordering?

The channel (metal only) is 28". The width is 9/16". I think this is a series-351, but I have no idea what weight to get. The picture labeled "stamp" shows the stamp which says "27 9 FP Caldwell". WIDOW LOCK FOR SEASON ALL THERMO GARD WINDOWS

I purchased 16pcs of 23" Series 351 Channel Balance, S351-23. Now I need to purchase 16pcs of the correct sash guide. Please recommend the proper sash guide. The Channel Balance, S351-23 fit perfectly, but now they won't stay since most sash guide are broken.
