The locking mechanism on our door broke and I need to replace it. I probably have to buy the entire lock set, not just a part. I believe a spring or something that provides resistance against the tooth/ locking mechanism broke. The tooth always falls into lock position. The drill holes are 4-15/16. ... (cont.)

I'm looking for a new channel balance for a window. It measures .5 in wide and 28 in long. I've attached some pictures to help identify the proper replacement. I think S390-28 is the correct one. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I'm working on a Milgard vinyl, non-tilt-out, single-hung window, 10-15 years old, that needs balances. The problem is, the original balances are gone. The overall window dimensions are 44 3/8" x 64 1/2", the sash is 42 3/4" x 32", 1 5/8" thick, the channel is 5/8". It is glazed with a 1/ ... (cont.)

Looks to be 1990 vintage casement. Is this part available. The picture image 2 is just to help identify the vintage of the window. The part needed is at the tiled sill and is not the crank itself, but the cover plate touching the tile.
