The operators are about 18 years old. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. It has stamped name of Wright. The best I can measure is 13.5 inches.

Enclosed find diagram and pictures of sash top I need. Six are needed. I used your balances S380-30 series 380. The new balances worked fine. Great company! Gerard

This is a corner for a Champion brand frame Can u get them?

Need to replace 29"/2820 and 19"/2810 Channel balances in a 1971 house. I think they are 370 series. Can you tell me if you have this vinyl glazing bead? Small lip at top is 3/16, down 5/8 and back under 1/2 with a hook turning back under 1/8.

How deep is the thumb latch section? The deadbolts I found at Ace Hardware were deeper tahn the one I presently have.

gears are stripped in the operator. In fact the whole mechanism lifts straight out! Only marking I can find is Vistarama - Wabase Windows. Appears I can only add five photos. I'll send the 6th picture under a separate submission. Thanks very much.

I believe the numbers represent the parts we need. Our screens and windows were installed last fall. They are hunter green.

I am ordering 4 ea. of the 32 series 770 balances (Option 32C) Product Code S770-32. I am assuming that the 15-043 clips come attached to the balances. If true, do I still have to order them as a separate item even though they are attached as delivered?
