Hello, I was able to identify a 1/2" series 385 balance 28" lenght however my stamp says 2790 which is not on your list. Please advise on proper one to purchase?

I need help finding a pivot lock shoe for tilt out vinyl windows with spiral balances. The shoe is 2.5" tall. A weak 9/16" thick. 1.25" wide. It has a light green brake pad. When brake pad is pushed out the shoe is 3/4" thick. I need three of them. Thank you.

Hi, Could you please help to identify balance? The left-side balance has 116000-17 on it, the right side has BR18 931 9 89. The starting BR could be 8R or 9R, the first letter is not clear. The whole window size is about 60(in) x 32(in). My house was build in 1990. Thanks. Bing
