I need to replace two of my window channel balances. They are labeled Caldwell 28 4 DM. They measure 29 inches and go in a window that is 30.5 inches. I think it's the S350-31 but I think the shoe is different than the 15-004. Also, I do not know what weight I need.

I have some spiral balances with no tips on the ends no idea what color they should be. The housing is 23" long believe it's 5/8 they came off tilt windows only one sash tilts

I have a bay window with a window that opens on each side of bay window. I need replacement of both. The main part has c-9400-1 on it. The Arm has f-9400-16 on it.. Are these universal and how do I order them? Thanks Kort

the "internal" door lock mechanism measures 8 1/2" long, 1 9/16"depth, mounting holes are 7 1/4" apart. The Pella Door Serial Number is - 09 2606 4601 1289 The lock mechanism has a date stamped 05 10 06. Thank you. Mark

I need to replace a Cadwell 26 4 KO channel balance. Will the S385-27 2640 work? The existing one is 27 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.

I need 6 balances. They are 37" long and the sash weighs about 40lbs.
