the balancers in my windows look like Anderson window style but I could not find any numbers stamped in the metal. my windows have two height pains. the upper is 27 in. and the lower is 40 in. tall. I have two windows side by side and we will be replacing the balancers in both windows. Can you tell ... (cont.)

Measurements: L 3 3/4" W 1 3/8" H 1/4" Attached to the window frame with screws. No identifying marks

It may be called a stopper. It is what the keeper screws into for the lock to latch into. It is white vinyl trim that goes around my double pane vinyl windows.

Our house is built in 1960 and we have four awning windows with the same original hardware. Two of them have the same issue. The crank no longer works. I've been told it is an inner hardware issue. Not just the threading on the handle I can't even see how to get the hardware off the window without r ... (cont.)

Trying to replace broken window crank. These are all the pictures I have at the moment.

Please suggest a replacement for this balance set. The channel is 27" long, 5/8" wide, ~9/16" deep. Image 5517 when fully opened shows the entire length, both sides. MARKING is 26 3 AX CMC 11. I have more photos available, only five could be uploaded.Thank you!

These are for non-tilt windows. 5/8" wide, 22" long, stamped 2140. My guess would be 390 or 351 series. Thank you in advance for your help in identifying replacement parts. James
