I accidentally broke the vent latch on my window. It broke rather easily without much force. I need to replace the latch itself and the surroundings of it.

This is a plastic window keeper which has been broken. Please let me know if a replacement part is available. I included a picture of the keeper in the window as well as a close up of the broken one. I have no information about the window manufacturer. Please, help.

I need to replace 6 window balances and 6 Sash Guides. The window balance rail is 28" and stamped 27C. I believe the Sash Guide is part # Alenco 18-174. I have 4 (72) double hung tilt windows that need the pivot shoes replaced. I cannot remove them without the spreader tool and here are the best dimensions. I thought I had found the correct replacement bezel in the 39-290. But I measured the one I have, and it is 5 7/8 inches, not the 6 3/16 you show on the part page.
