I need a 2990 stamp option channel balance. Quantity 1 30" x 9/16" (1/2")

Please help find this part for my window.

how do you find out what weight the balances are. i have stickers that have an A and 1B on them.

I have a 35" X 9/16" balance with 3440 stamped on it. Window has a 5/8" sash guide, Norandex 18-161. Balance looks similar to your 35" Series 380. My top piece and shoe (see photos) look similar to yours. Do I have the correct part? What is the 3440 option?

Hi there a need both the handles and the what appears to be double lock for this door. I am having no luck finding it anywhere and hoping you guys can work your magic.

I ordered a few S351 27" Sash balances. I have installed them and the weight seems right. When closing the balance the springs make a loud twang noise. I need a casement crank handle extension for a norandex series 4000 window (manufactured by atrium). I purchased your 5/16" extension but it is just slightly too small. Do you have info on what would be the right extension or at least what size I should be looking for?
