Channel length is 35" bottom looks like 15-001 top looks like 19-005 and 1/2 inch width. Not sure what the weight rating is can you tell by the stamp

Cannot see any markings or numbers. Window was stuck and when I went to force it with the crank, something broke/sheared. The two pieces were loose and came out of the unit with zero resistance. Hello I have a acorn window that I am looking for replacement pivot shoes. I think your item 15-015 is the correct one. This does not show the small plastic piece that you push into the shoe near the top. Does this piece come with the shoe?

I need to replace a spring clip on a pella screen stamped 809c on the screen frame. It is the part that retains the screen in place on both sides of the screen. The spring clip goes into holes to secure the screen. How can I order two. Thank you

I have a series s800 channel balance I ordered from you. It seems to work fine and looks identical to my old one.
