I notice that I have a choice of spiral balances depending on the weight of the sash. I have alcoa tilt-in windows, the one I am trying to replace the spirals for is 3'9" wide by 3' tall assuming the "sash" is the lower moveable part of the window. There are absolutely no markings on the windows. This is the hinge that you pull in to release the pane for easy cleaning. The home was built in 1997 by Pulte Homes. mI windows says it is not one of theirs.

I have ordered an extension handle and a crank handle. Since there is no set screw on the handle extension I would need to have a screw roughly 5 1/8 long to secure both. What is the screw diameter?

I have a sliding glass door handle that has broken. I cannot find a part/model number. It measures INTERIOR: Plate: 5 1/2" & Handle: 9 1/2". Exterior: Plate: Smallest 3 3/4" & Handle: 7 1/16".
