I have some Power line sliding glass patio doors that use a #2300-1061-1 mechanism. I need to change the current thumb latches to keyed locks. Can you help. Not sure on the thickness of the doors. They are about 25 years old.

The bottom screw is stripped. So I'm looking for a replacement assembly. Measures 6 and 3/4" from center to center of the two screw holes. 7 and 1/4" height 7/8" wide. model or part # is: SGD-R20-180x96 Mfg code: BB-2

I need to know what series to order a channel balance for this PGT window.Looking at the picture and our channel balance,it looks like the top part is 19-005 and the bottom is 15-002 would it matter if they are not exactly the same as the series # requires

My single hung bottom half of window measures approximately 45" wide. The metal balance is 28" long. The only marking on it is 27 4 BX CMC11. This small plastic part is used to retain screens in the frame. The screen frame rides over the raised section and is held in place.

We have Traco double-hung windows in our apartment which tilt inwards for cleaning and (not surprisingly) have a tilt latch on the top corners of the lower sash.
