After much surfing I have managed to find (I am quite sure) the part I need so that my friend can replace parts instead of my whole window. I am trying to replace a plastic guide for my window. I have no identifying part numbers for the sash mounted guide. The plastic part measures 1 3/4" by 5/8". I have attached 3 pics with as much detail as I could get. The window is hung with the 31" Series 385 Channel Balance and a 15-004 shoe an ... (cont.)

Do you sell the string for these balances? Or where I can get it? I just need to replace the string. And hate to through away all other good parts

The window is a Nuair. The marking on side is 29 9 JW CMC 11. Length on channel in 30" long. The bottom shoe is 1 3/32 wide. Top shoe is .5 wide. Channel is 9/16 deep. The Sash weights 35 pounds. Thanks, Scott

It looks like this may be closest to your slim line product, but I cannot tell for sure, can you help? The only number is see is an 8R on the bottom. Is there somewhere where traco parts can be found?

Could you help me find the replacement part for my window balance. I have a double hung window, non-tilt, 1/2" channel width, the length of the metal portion is 34 inches, and the photos show the ends.

I have purchased the 70-219 plastic pins from SWISCO, and they are the perfect size; however, I'm wondering if the 70-009 pins would be better, as in they might not break as easily? Thanks for your help!
