Please let me know if you have this sash lift. I don't know the manufacturer of the window but it is a double hung vinyl window. Sash lift measures 2 7/8" with an opening in the sash of 5/16". HELP!!!!

I have an anderson 36" window. I need to replace the sash balance. The I.D. numbers on the old sash read. D80 7#27 in one corner and 11600-17 in the other corner. Both the left and right sash balances have the same I.D. numbers on them. I need sash balances for two windows.thanks. ... (cont.)

I have "Phillips" tilt windows in a 1995 manufactured home that has a few "Pivot Bars" broken out. The bars are similar to the 26-40 however they have two holes evenly space out on the bar 1" in and 1"apart, I did not see a similar part that fits that configuration. The channel is 11 15/16 inches long 1/2 wide and 5/8 deep. The number printed on it is 1110.
