I was trying to replace a sash on a 10 year old non tilt window today and a plastic tab on the top of the window broke. can you give me a part number for this?

i need a replacement latch for the inside of an out-swinging storm door. should be easy, right? nope! my latch has a rod between the outside handle and the inside latch. none of the universal latches i've seen can accommodate the rod system. I have used the white 1/8" offset clips (70-086) for my project (holding plexiglass 1/8" panels to outside of screen porch) but many have broken after less than one year. I'm trying to identify the correct replacement part for the spiral balance shown in the attached picture. Also looking for instructions showing the proper way to replace/adjust the spiral balance for non-tilt aluminum windows.

On one that is 23" long the stamp is 22 4 so this would be 2240. On the other the stamp # is 25 4 and it is 26" long. What number would this on be? Thanks, Al
