I have a swing handle on a storm door and I need to replace the inside latch. It looks like the 40-145 would be the one but it does not lock. Would the 40-117 do the job as it does have a lock? Thanks for your help.

Hi; Re; Plastic retainer clip 70-205, Would this be suitable to stand up in winter weather on the outside of house ? I am not sure which sash to buy. I think i need the series 380, but the bottom clip on mine looks to be a little thicker than the 15-005. Any help?

Part on top the sash and measures at the bottom 2 9/16 inches long and 1/4" high. End with a screw hole is 3/4".
