hi, i have brought 29" Series 390 Channel Balance Product Code: S390-29 (2830) to repair my window from your website. During my installation I found the top sash guide had broken. but i don't know which size can compatible with my new channel balance. Can you help me.

Looking for a storm door latch like 40-145 but that will accept a 5/16" square spindle. What do you recommend?

I have a customer in need of (8) 3/8" x 30" red balances with clip on brackets #17-094. I am also a bit miffed about how to use the available tensioning tool since both holes have cross pins and the bracket utilizes the bottom pin. the numbers found on it are E82 9#31 8-79 there is also a 600-2

The base is 5 1/2 inches the first screw length is at about 4 7/8 inches and the second screw is at 4 inches. we are not sure how long the arm is or what degree of bend it has. Thank you!

I am looking at the S351-22 and the S390-22 Channel balances. My balances have a similar shoe to the 15-001 except the 1 1/8 dimension on my part is 1 1/16. I have window sash that is 33 high * 31 wide. Weighs approx 17 lbs.Current spiral balance is 3/8 wide by 30inch long. What color tip? Would it better to buy the strongest colored tip for better efficiency? Thank you

The length is 30 inches and the width is 1/2. There are a couple of footings in your catalog that are similar to mine. Series 351 and series 390. Please let me know which one I need to order. Thanks.

I work at a theatre in Texas and we are building a functional sash window for our set.
