A lot of my windows are missing these wheels. It seems like they pop off and can be replaced to the other piece still attached. And some windows seem to be upside down and wheels on top. But need them on bottom so they can slide easier.

I am looking to repair two broken channel balances. The stamp on each reads, "30 3 DK Caldwell". Can you confirm if product code, "S380-31" 3030 is correct replacement part? I want to replace some window balances, they have a stamp "14 2 HR CALDWELL". The length of the channel measure 15". but is about 1" too short, they don't reach the locking tabs. I'm figuring I need the 385 series 16". channels with the 1520 option. Does that sound about right?

Small square hole in balance channel near the top of window should have a plastic insert that grips the screw that secures the spiral balance. Plastic insert sits in the square hole and flush without protrusion. My other windows have the insert. Didn't think to take a picture of it while I had spira ... (cont.)

I need to know the thickness of this door latch. Mine is 5/8" thick (both pieces together). Mine is 4 1/8" high by 2" wide. I think this is my screendoor latch/handle. Thanks, Jim

These plastic pieces keep the windows from sliding Down pass the track that holds them. They are approximately 1 inch long by a half in wide. They are on my moms screen porch windows.
