I have 2 channel balances in need of replacement. The channel alone is 27" on one and the other is 9" and the channels are hemmed. I can't figure out the sash weight or what to order for the top and bottom. I see similar, but can't find that same top. Thank you in advance!

I have orded 4 95-214 plastic corners.how do i remove the old broken cornersand install the new ones?

Hi, I found the slide bolts I need, it's Larson Slide Bolt Kit 91-140. It's the corner clips for a storm door window. I need help with. They are Left and Right handed clips because when laid flat there is a difference in height, the short leg being smaller as shown in pictures 2 and 3. Also in pictu ... (cont.)

Window crank is stripped inside and doesn't crank out or in the window anymore. The width of the visible glass is 19 5/8

Do you have any replacement window weatherstripping similar to this? It goes on a Danvid brand vinyl single hung window manufactured in 2000/2001. I have also attached the window manufacture sticker if that helps. Thanks Steve

I am working with a contractor to fix my Peachtree Aliclass A, type AE #G3288 . The window balances have 3660FJ marked on them. We would like to replace 2 balances (1 for each side of the window).

I ordered new pivot shoes (15-046) and spiral balances (S600-35) for some Patriot tilt-out windows in my home. However, I have noticed that some of the shoes have a screw attach on the pivot shoe. I guess this keeps the spiral balance rod from slipping out of the pivot shoe grove. Is this required u ... (cont.)

I have a thermal gard the conserver crank out window that has a broken locking mechanism. It is rectangular 68" x 16". The mechanism is not connected to the sliding lock because it is broke. One little black plastic piece broke in it. What do I need to fix it??

I am finishing a job someone else started. They have already purchased the 15-129 pivot shoe. However, I need to replace the pivot bars as well. My question: will the 26-316 pivot bar work with the 15-129 pivot shoe? Thanks - Donald
