Hi Help please. I'm sending you these 2 pictures. I have Portalume old windows. they measure 48 x 34. I do not know the model of the balance r. Is it the 200? 300? 302?

I want to replace the lock on my door so that it locks from the outside. I think I might have a frenchwood or Perma door. It is 1 inch thick. See pictures attached. Can I use the 82-317 and the 82-043 on this door? Thanks, Christine

My question; These rollers are poorly made and I expect the new rollers to fail in a few years. Do you have something I could retrofit that will last longer? Also, these rollers are on the top and bottom of my door. I suspect I only need one set on the bottom and not the top. If this is the cas ... (cont.)

This part broke from the lock on a casement window. From pictures it looks like a part of the window/sash lock. I am hoping I can find this part only because all the replacement locks that are complete do not come in the beige color we need.

Can the rollers be removed by the one philips screw? There is sort of a lock washer on the screw that seems to be preventing the screw from coming out. Also, there are two other screws (bolts) that have a very unusual head. It is not a allen wrench, but similiar. The head is almost like a sideway ... (cont.)

Do you have the 81-112 Peachtree roller unit with nylon or polyurethane wheel? Some repair shops install them and say they will never damage the rail, like metal rollers do, and also they are quieter when operating.

Forgot to look when removing rollers. Does the 1 3/8 diameter side face in toward the glass door or the 1 1/8 diameter side? Thanks in advance.

THE DOOR HANDLE IS FOR A COLE SEWELL STORM DOOR ALL GLASS FRONT. THE HANDLE IS COMPLETELY BROKE OFF AND CANNOT SHOW A PICTURE OF THE HANDLE ATTACHED. HOPEFULLY THESE MEASUREMENTS IN THE PHOTOS WILL BE ENOUGH TO HELP IDENTIFY AND REPLACE THE HANDLE.

need replacement of of lower and upper pivots. how can i determine if an offset is used? will the screw holes match up with mine? i looking at some of your product and im not understanting how they mount. maybe im looking at wrong ones?

I need four replacement spiral balances for two 20 lbs. windows. Currently the plastic tip is white. Red would appear maxed out. Should I use blue?

Hi, I plan on ordering 15-175 and S 152-7 to repair my window. Can I order a complete shoe, coil and coil roller? I also have a broken L shaped pivot bar with one screw on top and one on the side. overall 2 3/8" 3/8" wide
